I am investigating private wine lockers in clubs and am wondering if you have them or if you know of any club that has been successful with them. If so, please let me know.
By private wine lockers I am asking about small lockers which hold a case or two of wine whereby a member pays an annual fee to store wine and then have it served when they are at the Club.
Thanks and happy holidays.

Hi Kevin,
We do not have wine lockers at our club, however I know a few clubs in New England do have them. I will get the information from the other clubs and foward it to you.

Henry,
At Shelter Harbor Golf Club, we charge our members $37.50 per case annually, to store wine. There is no limit to the amount a member can store. There is no 'corkage fee' for the members who order from their personal cellar(s).
For a bottle that "walks in off the street" night to night (a frequent occurrence), we charge $15 per bottle corkage regardless of format i.e. 750ml, Magnums, Jero's etc etc.

Kevin,
I spoke with Tricia Keating of Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, MA, their lockers fit up to 2 cases of wine in which they charge $300 per year per locker. The members have to buy the wines from the club at a 15% discount on the retail price. The club also charges a $5 corkage fee.
